What to Expect

At Bothell Family Dental Care you can expect a partner in oral health care. And as a partner, we believe it is important to get to know one another. Our friendly and experienced staff will take the time to familiarize you with our office, understand your individual needs, and answer your questions. During your exam, we will thoroughly review your overall oral health and address any concerns you may have. From there, we will work with you to establish a course of treatment best suited to your needs. Should you have any insurance questions, our front desk staff will also help you determine your coverage and eligibility. We look forward to meeting you at your first appointment!



Policies

Payment
Our office accepts most insurance plans, and we will make every effort to help you determine the coverage available to you. A majority of insurance carriers will cover a certain percentage of treatment depending on the procedure. We are committed to assisting you in filing your claim and will handle insurance questions from our office on your behalf. If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, please contact us.

We also extend a 5% discount to seniors and offer 3 months interest-free financing for qualifying patients.

Cancellation Policy
Continuing care is an important part of your good health and we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please provide us with 24-hours notice.
